Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that Ukraine will develop an action plan to achieve peace by the end of November 2024. Kyiv will initiate detailed discussions on territorial integrity with relevant countries.

"Patience, support, and diplomatic pressure are three factors for a fair end to the war," Zelenskyy said. 

He emphasized that responding to calls for a ceasefire is impossible while Russia continues to occupy Ukrainian territory.

"If the United States and European countries maintain unity, it will increase the pressure and show Moscow that it has no chance," Zelenskyy added.
